Caretaker – Gun Wharf
Chatham
£23,934.56 Per annum
37 Hours per week
We support a number of local sites and businesses with commercial cleaning services and are currently looking to recruit a Caretaker at Gun wharf, Chatham.
You will be working on-site to deliver caretaking services to contracted standards, undertaking a range of routine caretaking tasks in all areas of the site. On occasion, you will be required to perform some specialist cleaning as directed by the supervisor or client. You will be provided with all relevant tools and equipment to maintain the site and premises.
Your Experience
Whilst we would ideally be looking for someone with commercial caretaking experience, we are happy to offer training and support in the role.
You will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to work effectively both within a team and individual work environment, with excellent communication skills.
Maintaining a high level of customer service and quality is essential to our partnership, so you should have good attention to detail and customer service standards to support this.
Candidate Requirements
Good documentation skills, ability to keep accurate records
Able to use your own initiative, working as an individual and as part of a team
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Capable of delivering a high level of customer service
