About The Role: Shift pattern: Monday to Friday 8am-8.30pm and Sunday 8.30-5.30pm We are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to join our team as a Civil Parking Enforcement Officer. As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Deal with queries and resolve problems Ensure patrols are carried out efficiently and effectively Issue penalty charge notices to any vehicle parked against restriction and record verbal warnings issued to motorists Ensure parking equipment is working correctly and report defects promptly Ensure enquiries from members of the public are dealt with promptly and politely The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria: Must have the right to work in the UK Excellent customer service skills Good communication skills Computer literate The ability to remain calm during conflict and tense situations, and a polite, credible and confident approach when dealing with members of the public A willingness to work outside in all weathers How to Apply: If you are interested in joining a business that encourages professional development, career progression and the chance to work with inspirational people then please click apply and register your interest!
