Job Title: Maths Teacher Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire Start Date: ASAP or September 2025 Contract Type: Full-time – Temp to Perm Salary: £33,075 to £50,471 depending on experience About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher to join a vibrant and well-regarded secondary school in High Wycombe. This exciting opportunity is open to teachers available for an immediate start or from September 2025. You’ll join a supportive department focused on fostering a love of mathematics and driving excellent pupil outcomes across all key stages. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality maths lessons that engage and challenge students, helping them build confidence and mastery in numeracy and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Teach Mathematics across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5 Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to meet a range of abilities Track and assess pupil progress, using data to inform teaching and support Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum plans and share best practice Support students in achieving strong academic outcomes and a positive attitude towards maths Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) A degree in Mathematics or a related subject Experience teaching Maths in a secondary school setting Sound knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment methods Excellent classroom management and communication skills Why Join Us?
