This role is suited to someone capable of working independently within a contracting environment, delivering detailed mechanical building services designs across commercial and industrial projects. The position involves design development through to installation, commissioning, and handover, with a strong emphasis on HVAC, public health systems, and building services coordination. The successful candidate will also be responsible for Part L compliance and Stage 4 design verification in line with UK building regulations.
