I’m currently partnering with Monster Energy to appoint an Event Production Manager (UK) — a high-impact position at the heart of one of the world’s most recognisable and disruptive brands.
This is not a desk-based role. It’s hands-on, fast-moving, and highly visible.
🎯 What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be:
* Leading the planning and delivery of major events across EMEA — from festivals to action sports
* Owning end-to-end production, including logistics, H&S, and on-site execution
* Building and managing freelance event teams and supporting local markets
* Working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and senior leadership
* Driving continuous improvement through post-event analysis and reporting
🧠 What They’re Looking For
You likely have:
* Experience delivering medium to large-scale events
* A strong grasp of production, technical setup, or engineering aspects
* Confidence working independently and as part of a wider team
* Exposure to action sports, motorsport, or high-energy brand environments
* A proactive mindset — someone who gets things done without waiting to be asked
