A global leader in power and grid technology is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its UK & Ireland projects team, supporting major infrastructure and energy transition initiatives. This role is fully remote, offering the opportunity to work on high‑value, complex construction and engineering projects across the UK and Europe.
You will advise on the full lifecycle of projects, including tendering, contract negotiation, and delivery, with a particular focus on EPC and construction agreements. The work spans large-scale energy infrastructure such as HVDC interconnectors, substations, and grid solutions. You will work closely with commercial and project teams, providing pragmatic legal support, managing risk, and contributing to early dispute avoidance, with exposure to cross-border matters.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with experience in construction law and a working knowledge of standard form contracts such as NEC, JCT or FIDIC. You will be commercially minded, able to operate with a degree of autonomy, and comfortable engaging with a range of internal stakeholders.
