This specialized school is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately on a full-time, permanent basis (40 hours per week). This role is exclusively during term time. The school, well-established and housed in a modern and inviting facility, caters to approximately 50+ children. These individuals have complex needs, including EBD and SEMH, thus requiring a supportive, nurturing, and resilient team member. Responsibilities include assisting teaching staff in delivering a comprehensive and balanced curriculum daily. Post holders will provide one-on-one support to students as needed and assist in the classroom with small groups. The existing team is passionate and committed, dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment for the young individuals. Requirements:
6. Level 2 Diploma in Teaching and Learning (desirable but not essential)

8. Must have GCSE qualifications in Maths and English or equivalent
