The Opportunity
Our client is a globally recognised dental implant manufacturer looking to appoint a commercially driven Territory Sales Representative to manage and grow the South Wales region.
This is an opportunity for an established dental sales professional — or someone already selling into dental practices — to join a business with clinically respected products, strong infrastructure, and significant long-term growth potential.
The Territory
You will own the South Wales territory — covering Cardiff, Newport, Swansea and surrounding areas — working closely with private dental practices and referral centres.
You must be based in South Wales. Being local is not just preferred; it is essential. The Welsh dental market rewards those who are embedded within it and understand how relationships are built over time.
The Role
This is a field-based territory development role focused on growing revenue, building clinician relationships, and increasing product adoption across the region.
You will be expected to manage your territory autonomously — planning visits, developing relationships with dentists and practice teams, and identifying opportunities for long-term growth. This is not an account management role built around inherited volume. Success comes from consistency, commercial instinct, and the ability to build credibility within practices over time.
The dental implant market is relationship-driven and highly consultative. You will often need multiple touchpoints before achieving movement. The individuals who perform best are those who remain consistent, commercially focused, and able to communicate confidently with busy clinicians without overcomplicating the conversation.
