We're looking for an ambitious solicitor at the newly-qualified level or up to a maximum of 6PQE to join a growing Health Real Estate team supporting NHS organisations, independent healthcare providers and national health bodies. This is a great opportunity to work on high‑profile matters, gain early client responsibility and develop within a collaborative, supportive team.What You’ll Do
1. Advise onmercial property matters across the health and social care sector
2. Support M&A and secured lending transactions
3. Handle landlord and tenant work, leases and property documents
4. Carry out title investigation and reporting
5. Assist with joint ventures and innovativemercial structures
6. Build client relationships and contribute to business development
7. Represent the team at networking and sector events
The ideal candidate:
8. Qualified solicitor withmercial property experience
9. Landlord and tenant expertise
10. Strongmunication, organisation and attention to detail
11. Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines
12. Team‑focused, proactive and confident in taking ownership
13. Interest in health sector work (sector experience wee but not essential)
