Plot Sales Paralegal - Spalding

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000
We are seeking a skilled Plot Sales Paralegal to join a dynamic Property Team, managing residential plot sales transactions with precision and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end plot sales process including contracts, completion statements, and SDLT submissions.
* Draft and review legal documentation such as transfer deeds, leases, and management documentation.
* Conduct Land Registry searches and resolve title issues.
* Liaise professionally with buyers' solicitors, lenders, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completions.
* Prepare and review plot-specific documents including plans, specifications, and disclosure schedules.
* Ensure compliance with Law Society protocols and internal quality standards.
* Coordinate legal completions and post-completion formalities, including Land Registry applications.
* Provide guidance to junior team members and support wider department operations.
* Maintain accurate file management and case progression records.
Essential Requirements:
* Proven paralegal experience in residential conveyancing or plot sales.
* Strong technical knowledge of freehold/leasehold transactions and Land Registry procedures.
* Excellent drafting skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Ability to manage high-volume caseloads and prioritize effectively.
* Confident communicator with experience in handling client and solicitor interactions.
* Proficiency with case management systems.
