The Role: * Provides general and detailed maintenance (either with direct or indirect supervision), including painting, plumbing, carpentry etc * Dedicate some hours when required for assistance with general office work and the ordering of supplies and materials. * Assists, or performs solo when needed, general and detailed cleaning, interior and exterior spaces. * Completes all documentation for work performed, in a timely manner. * Oversees and performs the duties associated with jobs, including executing set-up and break-downs are completed on schedule with spaces returned to normal state. * Assists and serves as back up to other Facilities employees. Requirements: * Facilities background * Plumbing/Carpentry background – can you change a trap under sink etc. * Basic painting, can teach * Hands on background * Experience using power tools – drills etc., disc cutters * Physically fit, walking on site * Occasional work at height – on top of the roof, stick to walkways * Unblocking toilets – happy with this If you are interested please call Justin Reynolds on or apply online * Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position
