Salary:£24.00 Per Hour plus travel expenses

Your Role:
As aRegional Peripatetic Nurse, you’ll bring your skills, leadership, and compassion to multiple Roseberry Care homes, helping ensure consistent, high-quality care wherever you go.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Safely administering and recording prescribed medication
* Leading and supporting care teams, providing clinical guidance and mentorship
* Creating, reviewing, and delivering personalised care plans
* Monitoring residents’ well-being, mobility, nutrition, and needs
* Communicating openly with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
* Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies
* Providing flexibility and stability to our homes by adapting to different teams and environments
What We’re Looking For:
* NMC-registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or equivalent)
* Up-to-date clinical knowledge with a good understanding of key regulatory frameworks, including the safe administration of medicines
* Previous experience in a care home or similar healthcare setting is an advantage
* A kind, patient, and empathetic approach with a true passion for providing exceptional care
* Ability to adapt quickly and work across different homes with confidence
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own car (essential)
* Right to work in the UK
