With a prime office location just a 6-minute walk from Bromley South train station, you'll enjoy a convenient and vibrant work environment!
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Salary: £35, - £42,, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
10. Launch, test, and scale marketing campaigns quickly
11. Monitor KPIs and adjust campaigns in real-time for optimal performance
12. Write compelling ad copy and design basic creatives; coordinate with designers when needed
13. Own performance marketing results and continually propose improvements
14. Create and refine landing pages, lead magnets, and sales funnels
15. Manage and support Meta, Google, and YouTube Ads
16. Conduct daily performance monitoring and report on ROI, CPA, and CPL
17. Run split-tests on creatives, audiences, copy, and funnels
18. Build and optimise automated campaigns for lead nurturing and conversions
19. Collaborate with sales and design teams to align campaigns with company goals
20. Drive registrations and attendance for live events and webinars
Your Skills & Experience Will Be:
21. Strong knowledge of social media platforms: Meta, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
22. Confidence in building and optimising funnels (landing pages, email sequences)
23. Ability to interpret data and make fast, informed decisions
24. Strong copywriting skills for ads and funnels
