About the Role
Digital transformation is revolutionizing the water industry, with emerging technologies like Generative Design, AI, Digital Twins, and advanced analytics playing a crucial role. We support clients pushing technological boundaries to enhance productivity and efficiency across asset lifecycle stages including operations, strategy, planning, design, procurement, and construction.
The Digital Consultant will drive digital transformation and innovation within our team. Key responsibilities include identifying process improvement opportunities, recommending and implementing digital tools, ensuring alignment with team and business goals, and fostering a culture of innovation. You will support solution development, provide technical support, facilitate training, and help embed digital tools into workflows.
* Review current processes to identify automation and efficiency improvements.
* Proactively seek areas for innovation and improvement.
* Identify and integrate digital tools such as BIM, computational design, and data analytics.
* Develop business cases for digital projects, including benefits, costs, and ROI.
* Gather stakeholder requirements to define project scope.
* Design and implement digital solutions leveraging the latest technology.
* Plan, test, and support the deployment of new solutions.
* Foster innovation by generating new ideas and collaborating with clients and partners.
What We Are Looking For
* Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
* Understanding of digital trends and benefits in water or construction sectors.
* Experience with digital project delivery.
* Knowledge of programming languages such as Python and data tools like FME.
* Experience with GIS software (QGIS, ArcGIS Pro) and web mapping technologies.
* Awareness of various programming, visualization, and automation tools and their interoperability.
* Experience managing data to inform decision-making.
* Strong communication skills to influence and foster innovation.
