Through an exciting partnership with Transport for Wales (TfW), we are recruiting a Senior Behavioural Science Specialist to enable, encourage, and expand the use of behavioural science in supporting the implementation of Llwybr Newydd: the Wales transport strategy. You will also work on other important public health priorities within the team.

The role involves providing highly specialist expertise for developing, implementing, and evaluating activities, as well as building capability. We seek experienced and motivated specialists in applying behavioural science for public good.
The position is within our Behavioural Science Unit, focusing on changing transport behaviours through shaping initiatives and developing services based on behavioural science principles. Responsibilities include reviewing existing activities, maximizing impact through behaviour change approaches, and enhancing TfW’s capability via training and cultural integration of behaviour change.
Applicants must respond innovatively to a dynamic and expanding field and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Welsh language skills are desirable; applications from English and Welsh speakers are equally welcome.
