First Military Recruitment is working in partnership with our reputable client who is seeking a Senior Property Manager to join their team in Glasgow.
Reporting to an Associate Director, the successful individual will be responsible for managing a complex and technical portfolio of customers and clients, delivering best-in-class customer service, and contributing to my client’s customer excellence charter.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within the factoring or housing association industry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer experience & engagement:
1. Act as the deputy for the relevant Associate Director.
2. Offer support with technical questions and daily escalated issues.
3. Building and maintaining relationships with both customers and contractors.
4. Responsible for creating and distributing regular customer communications.
5. Conduct regular owners’ meetings, in both individual and group settings.
6. Plan, attend and manage evening AGM’s for portfolio sites.
7. Support colleagues with owners meetings where appropriate.
Portfolio management:
8. Manage a complex, high value portfolio of properties.
9. Responsible for instructing and monitoring both reactive and proactive repairs.
10. Manage and co-ordinate customer insurance claims process.
11. Conduct regular property visits.
Skills and Qualifications:
12. Minimum 3 years’ property factoring industry experience.
13. A comprehensive working understanding of property management legislative requirements.
14. Previous experience in dealing with a complex, high value portfolio of properties.
15. Works well under pressure.
16. Ability to produce, interpret and present business data metrics.
17. Ability to demonstrate leadership potential.
18. Previous experience in a customer service-based role.
19. Strong communicator.
20. Ability to work well as part of a team.
21. Ability to work to targets.
22. Full, clean UK driving license.
