1. Role: Care Assistant
2. Hours: 24 hours per week - AM and PM shift, includes alternate weekends - 3 x vacancies available
3. Salary: £13.61 per hour
4. Location: St Oswald's Retirement Village, Gloucester, GL1 2UF
As a Care Assistant, you will be expected to carry out the following tasks:
5. Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to our residents including both physical, personal care and support with social activities,
6. Promoting and supporting the physical, emotional and well-being of our residents
7. Encourage independence and self-belief
8. Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy.
Person Specification
9. Hold a care certificate or willing to undertake a care qualification
10. Personable, an effective communicator and a team player
11. Passionate about delivering a quality care service
12. Flexible with hours.
