What We Offer:

Competitive Salary: Start with a base salary of £38,625, with on-target earnings of up to £55,000 (including London Weighting Allowance, if applicable).

Guaranteed Overtime: Increase your base salary to £44,385 with guaranteed overtime options, plus additional overtime and bonus opportunities.

Flexible Hours: Work a 40-hour week with core hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, and just 1 in 4 Saturdays.

Your Role as a Mobile Mechanic:
As an RAC Mobile Mechanic in our Service, Maintenance, and Repair division, you’ll bring your expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to our customers, wherever they are. From driveways to office car parks, you’ll deliver first-class service without the constraints of a traditional garage.

Essential Qualifications:
* Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
* At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician
* A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
