Key Responsibilities:
As a Security Officer, you'll play a key part in maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. Your duties will include:
Working closely with Estate Security Officers to keep all security records up to date
Ensuring all incidents are reported in line with company and customer procedures
Supporting the Estate Security Manager and Team Leaders with best practice and service improvements
Completing internal and external patrols across the estate
Operating CCTV, access control, and alarm systems in line with SOPs
Welcoming and registering contractors attending site
What we're looking for:
We're looking for a reliable and professional individual with:
A valid SIA licence, including CCTV, suitable for rotation guarding and control room duties
Experience as a SIA Door Supervisor or Door Supervisor, within a corporate or estate setting
At least 2 years' experience in security and customer service within a corporate or estate setting
Excellent command of the English language
Immaculate presentation and strong communication skills
