About the Role
ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd are delighted to be supporting a high-quality nursery in Warwick in recruiting three dedicated Nursery Practitioners to join their professional team.
This is an excellent opportunity for passionate Early Years professionals seeking stable, permanent positions within a supportive nursery environment. The successful candidates will play a key role in delivering outstanding care and education for children aged 0–5.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing across all age groups
Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
Maintain accurate observations and assessments to track children's progress
Work collaboratively as part of a professional nursery team
Follow all safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies
Support daily routines including mealtimes, personal care, and outdoor play
Contribute to a positive, inclusive nursery culture
What We're Looking For
Essential:
Level 2 or above in Early Years/Childcare (UK recognised qualification)
Previous nursery or early years experience (desirable)
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and best practices
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Caring, professional, and reliable approach
Commitment to delivering high-quality childcare
Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
Desirable:
Experience working across different age ranges (0–5 years)
Paediatric First Aid certification
