Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality care to patients with tracheostomies
* Perform routine tracheostomy care, suctioning, and airway management
* Monitor patient condition and respond promptly to changes
* Administer medications and treatments as required
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
* Valid NMC registration
* Minimum 6 months’ experience in tracheostomy care
* Strong clinical and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and adapt to different care settings
* Up-to-date training in relevant clinical competencies
