* Choose from 12-hour day shifts or waking nights (8am-8pm, 8pm-8am) – full-time, part-time, or casual; we're flexible so your schedule can be too
* You'll tell us your availability each month, putting you in charge of your work-life balance
Responsibilities and role context

You’ll be by her side with dignity and compassion, helping with movement, personal care, and creating a calm and cheerful atmosphere. Evening shifts offer quiet companionship to provide peace of mind and comfort. This is more than a job: it’s connection, purpose, and care.
Evening shifts can be peaceful with plenty of time to read, watch movies, or brush up on new skills while staying nearby if she needs you.
