Overview

Start Date: 8 September 2025. Salary: £12.60 per hour. Site: Spectrum House, Central Bristol – this is an onsite role only, no work from home option. Shifts: 37.5 hours per week (shifts set between 8:00 and 22:00 Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 Saturday and Sunday). Training Duration: 2 weeks.


Responsibilities

* You will be the first point of contact to assist customers with their online subscription enquiries and account management.
* You will provide information and support to a global customer base and create a positive customer experience through inbound calling, webchat and responding to emails.
* You will start your day by signing into systems and preparing for the day ahead.
* You will engage with customers who have questions about their online subscription.
* You will troubleshoot and problem-solve using effective questioning and active listening to resolve issues such as subscriptions, payments and online accounts. This may involve tweaking a package or a complete overhaul, in collaboration with the customer to agree on a suitable solution.
* Work in a fast-paced, targeted environment and strive to achieve targets while maintaining quality.
* You will have rest time (approximately 1 hour total, including lunch and breaks) to catch up with colleagues, grab a meal, or take a break.
