Job Description Our specialist client is currently recruiting a Maintenance Team Leader who will have overall accountability for ensuring that the Maintenance Team conform to compliance requirements.
You will assist the Site Leader in setting the Sites' budget and the site KPI's with day-to-day responsibility for monitoring application of KPIs and ensuring that necessary corrective actions are in place whilst ensuring that the budget/maintenance/process targets are met or exceeded.
Responsibilities
Ensure Maintenance Plan is in place to meet legal, compliance and output requirements and to protect company's assets.
Triage helpdesk requests and assign resource to ensure reactive maintenance is completed in a timely manner to reduce impact to production.
Be actively involved in fault diagnosis as well as resolution to minimise reoccurring faults.
Devise and monitor processes for ensuring the defined maintenance plan is adhered to and performance reported on every month.
Forward plan maintenance activities to ensure adequate resource is in place and that Permit to Works and Risk assessments are completed.
Be actively involved in plant maintenance when necessary to ensure the safe and efficient return on operation of equipment.
