Role: Project Manager\n\nLocation: Cranfield(3 days in the office / 2 days WFH)\n\nDuration: 6 months\n\nRate: £31.86 PAYE\n\nAbout our client: \n\nOur client is a major automotive manufacturer with one of the most productive car plants in Europe, The site produces popular models including hatchbacks and electric vehicles for both the UK and global markets. They play a significant role in the UK automotive sector, supporting thousands of jobs and driving large-scale exports\n\nKey responsibilities :\n\nLead the coordination and schedule alignment with all relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with UN-R155\nLead progress reports on Cybersecurity topics at management meeting and vehicle milestone meetings.\nUnderstanding the capability required for the future and coordinating on the number of people needed to build the team.\nLead regular communication and coordination with Legal and Compliance teams.\nLead the activity of hearing and communicating from suppliers for information required for Cybersecurity.\nLead in resolving issues related to Cybersecurity.\nLead to request Cybersecurity requirements at the right time during system development.\nKeep up to date with the latest trends and features in iOS, Android and Cloud and consider their impact on Cybersecurity\nEstablish the process of Cybersecurity implementation plan \n\nQualifications, skills, training requirements\n\nExperience in developing and/or maintaining IT systems\nBe able to project manage and discuss with cybersecurity engineers\nExperience negotiating with certification authorities\nUnderstanding of UN-R155, ISO21434\nSuperior project management and organizational skills, PMP or Prince2 is a plus\nSuperior cybersecurity knowledge and understanding of process, CISSP or equivalent is a plus\nUnderstanding of Agile and Waterfall software development\nCompetent with tools such as: Jira and Confluence\nAbility to prioritise and multitask between multiple projects simultaneously\nBe able to travel abroad, typically a few days to 2 weeks, but on rare occasions travel may be long distance and or, at short notice.\nEngineering or Computer Science Degree qualified\n5+ year experience of Project Management in the IT Industry\nFamiliarity with Agile and Waterfall processes.\nBusiness level of Japanese communication is a plus \n\nApply now for an exciting opportunity with a leading automotive manufacturer
