Job Summary
This is a fantastic opportunity for a scientific or engineering graduate looking to kickstart their career. The role includes working at customers’ premises, offering international travel and hands‑on technical work in diverse environments.
The Role
As a Junior Instrument Technician you will support the smooth functioning of our workshop by conducting a range of engineering tasks on our equipment and systems. You will:
* Assemble and test equipment and systems, ensuring flawless product performance.
* Repair and service customer equipment.
* Conduct quality‑control testing and accurately pack and ship customer orders.
About You
To be considered you require:
* Good practical skills, problem‑solving ability and excellent attention to detail.
* A degree or HND (or equivalent) in a scientific or engineering subject.
* Solid understanding of electrical circuits.
* Excellent IT skills, including MS Word and Excel.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work well as part of a team.
* Full, valid driving licence.
Ideally you have experience using programmable logic controllers and AutoCAD LT or a similar CAD software package.
