We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a hotel environment. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Responsibilities
* Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitising bathrooms.
* Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and clean.
* Restock supplies such as toiletries and linens as needed.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
* Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and dining areas.
* Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure high standards of hygiene are met.
* Assist with laundry duties as required, including washing, drying, and folding linens, ironing.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not essential.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team environment.
* Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members professionally.
* Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently throughout the shift.
