Our client, a leading national children\'s charity, is seeking several qualified EMHPs to join their dynamic and compassionate team.
About The Role
As an EMHP, you will deliver evidence-based interventions to children and young people with mild to moderate mental health difficulties, working closely with families, school staff, and other professionals. You will also contribute to whole-school approaches to mental health, provide workshops, and help shape supportive environments where every child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
* Delivering outcome-focused, evidence-based interventions in education settings for children and young people (aged 5-18) experiencing mild to moderate emotional well-being and mental health issues
* Working collaboratively with school staff and other professionals to support mental health initiatives and to ensure better access to mental health support
* Supporting whole-school approaches through training, psychoeducation, and workshops
* Contributing to the ongoing development and evaluation of the programme
* Working with children, young people, parents/carers, families and educators in supporting the self-management of presenting issues
Essential Requirements
* Qualified as an Education Mental Health Practitioner (EMHP) or Children\'s Wellbeing Practitioner (CWP)
* Experience in working with children and young people
* Confident working in school or educational settings
* Committed to safeguarding, inclusion, and empowering young people
* Able to build trusted relationships with children, families, and professionals
