We’re looking for a Junior Product Designer to join the dynamic Haven Product Design team. Working for one of the UK's best-loved holiday brands, you’ll contribute as part of a team who design great customer-centric experiences across all our digital platforms, including guest-facing interfaces and team member tools, working closely with your colleagues in digital.
With an ambitious digital roadmap to support our growth, you will be at the heart of delighting our customers. You can be based anywhere in the UK for this role, as long as you’re willing to travel occasionally to meet with your team and stakeholders.
To grow your skills, learn from experienced designers, and make a meaningful impact, you will:
1. Design user-friendly products for our Guests and team members
2. Explore design options collaboratively with product managers and users
3. Maintain design consistency across all platforms
4. Contribute to and help improve the Haven Design System by reusing shared components
5. Translate business goals into innovative design solutions
What we’d like you to bring:
1. At least 2+ years of experience in product design (UX/UI)
2. Strong understanding of design principles such as layout, typography, colour, and usability
3. Basic knowledge of user-centered design principles and accessibility
4. Experience with design systems and reusable components
5. Good communication skills to present work and explain your thinking
6. A collaborative mindset, comfortable working with designers, developers, and product managers
