* Classroom management skills - the ability to maintain a positive and structured learning environment.
* Strong communication skills - effectively engage with students, staff, and parents.

* Safer recruitment - have or be willing to process an Enhanced DBS Certificate and undergo relevant right-to-work checks (subject to DfE requirements).
