As part of the Isteni Group, we are building a reputation for quality craftsmanship, innovative design, and seamless project delivery.
Role Overview
This is a hands‑on, entry‑level project management role, ideal for a recent university graduate with a degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. The successful candidate will work closely with the Company Director, receiving in‑house training and mentorship to develop into a confident and capable Project Manager who can oversee multiple residential projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Management
* Assist in preparing detailed project timelines, budgets, and progress reports.
* Draw up budgets and schedules for new construction projects based on client requirements.
* Coordinate with architects, Chartered Architectural Technologists, and surveyors to plan and sequence work effectively.
* Brief project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment with project objectives.
* Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance through regular site visits and inspections.
* Identify and report defects, propose corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution.
* Record, track, and report project performance to senior management and clients.
* Support in developing cost‑tracking, change management, and reporting systems.
Procurement & Resource Management
* Source materials, obtain quotes, and coordinate procurement and deliveries.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other key partners.
* Support hiring and, when required, supervise site staff and subcontractors.
* Establish temporary site offices and oversee logistical coordination for project delivery.
Digital Systems & Process Improvement
* Implement and optimise digital tools and AI‑driven systems for efficiency, reporting, and project management.
* Contribute to continuous improvement across systems, processes, and customer experience.
Documentation & Reporting
* Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, communication logs, and invoicing details.
* Prepare and present technical and financial reports for internal review, funding bids, or planning submissions.
Health, Safety & Compliance
* Ensure all works comply with legal, safety, and environmental standards.
* Review traffic and transport impacts of new developments and collaborate with local authorities on mitigation measures.
* Assess and propose improvements to traffic management and safety schemes when relevant.
Marketing & Communications
* Support the management of company social media platforms to promote ongoing projects and strengthen the company’s brand presence.
* Serve as a professional representative of the company during meetings, presentations, and stakeholder engagements.

Requirements
Education: Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar.
Experience: No prior experience required – full training will be provided. Some experience (e.g., internship or university project) in construction or project coordination would be beneficial.
Technical Skills
* Strong understanding of project management principles (scheduling, budgeting, risk management).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project).
* Familiarity with CAD drawings or construction drawings (advantageous, not essential).
* Full UK driving licence (preferred).
