Food Truck Assistant (Part-Time)

Part-time (Mostly Thursdays to Sunday - Evenings)
Minimum 5 hours/week – flexible shifts
Salary:
£10.00 to £12.50 per hour, depending on age and experience
(Get paid for every minute you're on shift, whether you're rolling or not)
About Us:
We're Sebshimi – a small but mighty sushi van.. We serve fresh, handmade sushi with a side of good vibes for delivery and take our food truck to events and nearby spots too. We're all about teamwork, quality, and having fun while we work.
What You'll Do:
* Prep ingredients and help build sushi orders
* Bag and dispatch orders to customers
* Assist with topping and decorating sushi rolls
* Keep the kitchen clean and follow hygiene standards
* Answer phone orders and support with general tasks
* Help with leaflet distribution and occasional promotions
* Assist with deliveries
* Be open to additional tasks when needed
What We're Looking For:
* Aged 18+ with the right to work in the UK
* Great People and Communication Skills
* Driving licence required (as we're a mobile food business)
* No sushi experience needed – just a great attitude and eagerness to learn
* Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* A team player who enjoys variety and flexibility
