Responsibilities
* Leading and supporting HR projects focused on process improvement and operational efficiency
* Analysing HR data, including diversity metrics, gender pay gap, compensation and benefits trends
* Preparing high‑impact presentations and reports for senior leadership
* Supporting HR administration, documentation, and compliance activities
* Partnering across departments to design and implement new HR initiatives
* Continuously identifying ways to enhance systems, workflows, and reporting
Qualifications
* Degree‑level education or equivalent experience in HR, Business, or a related field
* Strong analytical mindset with confidence in Excel and data interpretation
* Experience using HRIS and reporting tools
* Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and problem‑solving skills
* A proactive team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
Location & Working Conditions
* 📍 Based in Huntingdon with occasional travel to Waterbeach
* 🏠 Hybrid working – standard work‑from‑home days on Monday and Friday
* 💰 Up to £35,000, depending on experience
