Due to recent expansion, we’re looking for an experienced qualified Nursing Associate to join our acute nursing team on our newly opened 14-bed dedicated Acute Medical Ward at The Wellington Hospital, currently rated ‘Good’ by the CQC and the largest private hospital in the UK.
As a Nursing Associate on our Acute Medical Ward, you will play an essential role in supporting the delivery of safe, compassionate, and patient-centred care. Working under the guidance of Registered Nurses and as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the ongoing care and monitoring of patients with acute medical conditions, ensuring their needs are met with dignity and respect.
This position offers the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge within the Nursing Associate scope of practice, while working closely with Registered Nurses to ensure patients receive safe and effective care.

What you’ll bring:
1. NMC Registered as a Nursing Associate
2. Significant UK post-registration experience within a Medical ward
3. Ability to communicate with patients, relatives and health care providers
4. Knowledge of when to seek advice and refer to a registered care professional
5. Good interpersonal skills. Polite, friendly and courteous manner
6. Ability to work effectively as a team player under appropriate supervision, and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
