We are currently recruiting for a Food & Beverage Coordinator to join our Food and Beverage team at The May Fair Hotel. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role.

Overview:

* We are currently recruiting for a Food & Beverage Coordinator to support the Food and Beverage Manager and the food and beverage team with day to day administration duties.
* Your role will involve supporting the Food and Beverage Manager in the day to day coordination and administration for the food and beverage operation.
* As Food & Beverage coordinator you will be responsible for dealing with any special VIP enquires.
* Assist with day-to-day administration tasks, scheduling meetings and interviews for the food and beverage team.
* Continuous consistent analysis of online feedback for individuals and the outlets.
* Be capable of analysing customer statistics to highlight trends and areas of concern and feedback to the food and beverage manager.

About You:

* You must have previous food and beverage experience within hotels and restaurants either from an operational perspective or as a Co-ordinator.
* You must have excellent administration skills both verbally and written, be highly organised and be able to multitask.
* Demonstrate the ability to proactively prioritise needs, put first things first, and effectively manage resources and time.
* Display a working knowledge of Hotel and Restaurant operations in order to assist internal & external clients.
* It is vital you have excellent IT skills including excel and office 365.
