Overview

We are recruiting an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a growing team based in Frodsham. This is a full-time position with a start date planned for February–March. The successful candidate will support the commercial management of projects from pre-contract through to final account.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparation and management of project budgets and cost plans
2. Procurement of subcontractors and materials
3. Valuations, variations, and cost reporting
4. Interim applications and final accounts
5. Monitoring project costs and cash flow
6. Liaising with site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors
7. Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and programme
Requirements:
8. Previous experience in a Quantity Surveyor role
9. Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
10. Ability to manage multiple projects
11. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
12. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and commercial software
13. Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction (preferred)
What’s on Offer:
14. Salary between £40,000 – £50,000 DOE per annum
