With strong partnerships in the area, we're able to offer reliable, ongoing work for motivated and committed individuals. Driving is essential for this role. Many schools we work with are in semi-rural and rural locations, so candidates must be willing to travel up to 45 minutes for suitable placements. ________________________________________ What You'll Be Doing: * Delivering structured, pre-set lessons in the absence of teachers * Creating a calm, focused, and positive classroom environment * Supporting pupils to stay engaged and productive * Managing behaviour in line with school policies * Working closely with school staff to ensure continuity ________________________________________ Who Should Apply? * Experienced Cover Supervisors and those new to the role * Graduates and aspiring teachers * Individuals with experience working with children or young people * Confident, organised, and approachable professionals * Dependable, flexible, and enthusiastic team players * Drivers with access to their own vehicle ✨ New to education?
