The below job description will outline this position of:Workshop Engineer
Typically, this person will be involved in a range of activities surrounding the maintenance of engines and ancillary equipment. Such as engine servicing, repairs, ancillary repairs and more - a solid mechanical fitter, generatorengineer, marine engineer, agricultural or HGV engineer will suit this position.

Duties and responsibilities of the Workshop Engineer:
* Prepare and maintain enginesand associated equipment
* Ability to diagnosis faults on diesel engines and associated electrical systems
* Perform routine maintenance such as regular engine servicing as per manufacturers maintenance schedules
* Produce accurate reports ondispatched and returned equipment
* Carry out Pre-Delivery Tests & Inspections to the highest standard
* Identify and plan xsngvjr works in a methodical manner to meet equipment dispatch targets
* Ensure a pro-active health and safety culture is adhered toand maintained
Qualifications and requirements for the Workshop Engineer:
* Ability to drive
* A relevant qualifications in the Mechanical or Electrical field or time served
