About the Role
As a Mortgage Administrator, you'll be a crucial part of our team, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative support to the mortgage advisors. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy office setting and enjoys being part of a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
3. Assisting mortgage advisors with administrative tasks
4. Managing client files and documentation
5. Liaising with clients and lenders to facilitate the mortgage process
6. Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
7. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
8. Providing excellent customer service over the phone and via email
