Where will you be working?
Aviation- Our Aviation team works across a wide range of specialist civil, mechanical and electrical engineering works including major international airports, regional airports and RAF airfields.

What will you be doing?
1. Providing administrative and coordination support across aviation projects
2. Managing project documentation, including compiling and maintaining records in accordance with M Group procedures
3. Supporting the organisation of method statements, risk assessments and project-related reports
4. Assisting with project programming, planning tasks and workflow tracking
5. Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes and distributing actions
6. Liaising with clients, suppliers and subcontractors to support smooth project delivery
7. Supporting commercial activities, including collating data for cost/value tracking and reporting
