Job Duties of the Accounts Assistant Manager/Manager include: Accounts Manager / Assistant Manager position Manage a portfolio of clients, focusing on statutory and management accounts Oversee and support a team; mentor junior staff and assist with training Review accounts, VAT returns, and other compliance work Clients primarily limited companies, based in Northern Ireland with some UK-wide clients What you need to be the Accounts Assistant Manager/Manager ACA / ACCA qualified (newly qualified and above) Qualified by experience (QBE) also considered Ideally from a practice background Confident in identifying and raising issues with clients proactively Experience managing a portfolio of clients Skilled in reviewing work of junior team members Open to candidates with mixed audit and accounts experience What's in it for you?
