Export coordinator

Planet Pharma are currently partnered with a leading pharmaceutical and we are actively seeking an Export Coordinator to join the business on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities

• :Managed end‑to‑end export movements across air, road and sea, ensuring timely and compliant dispatch
• .Generated and validated commercial invoices, airway bills, customs declarations and all supporting paperwork for global shipments
• .Maintained full adherence to export controls, customs regulations and internal quality procedures
• .Worked closely with freight forwarders, carriers, airlines and internal teams to execute shipments efficiently and resolve operational queries
• .Tracked export movements in real time, proactively addressing delays, exceptions or documentation issues
• .Updated internal systems with shipment data, ensuring complete, audit‑ready export and compliance records
• .Issued pre‑alerts, status updates and delivery confirmations to customers, partners and internal teams
• .Assisted with freight cost tracking and contributed to efficient, compliant and cost‑effective export operations
