Key Responsibilities
* Providing legal counsel and guidance to clients embroiled in legal disputes
* Conducting comprehensive legal research and analysis to evaluate the legal merits of each case
* Formulating effective legal strategies for dispute resolution, encompassing negotiation, mediation, and litigation
* Drafting a variety of legal documents, including settlement agreements, pleadings, and briefs
* Advocating for clients in court proceedings, arbitration hearings, and other dispute resolution contexts
* Engaging in negotiations with opposing parties or their legal representatives to reach settlements
* Maintaining regular communication with clients to update them on case progress and developments
* Efficiently managing a caseload containing multiple disputes concurrently
* Staying abreast of legislative changes and legal precedents relevant to dispute resolution
* Adhering to high ethical standards and safeguarding client confidentiality at all times.
About You
* Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate.
* A Minimum 1 Year PQE within Dispute Resolution
