Responsibilities
 * For the Supervisor role: Deliver an exceptional education service to our members and make a profound impact on their lives; inspire tutors to role model skills and ensure educational excellence; provide an exceptional customer experience by engaging and delighting families; build authentic relationships prioritising safeguarding and member well-being; contribute to centre reputation and profitability and inspire the team to achieve centre objectives; create a welcoming environment and support every team member.
 * For the Manager role: Lead centre operations, execute a clear growth strategy, develop a high-performance team culture and establish processes to support growth. Use KPIs to diagnose centre needs and form plans to achieve short-term and long-term goals with team buy-in; inspire and motivate staff to succeed; safeguard members and ensure compliance with Ofsted and company safeguarding requirements; drive membership growth and centre profitability through community engagement and sales/marketing events; tailor customer journeys from prospect to member with educational recommendations, ensuring progress and outstanding service.
Starting salary
 * Supervisor: £27,000 per annum plus pay progression up to £4,500 in the first year if progressing to Centre Manager.
 * Manager: £31,250 – £33,750 per annum depending on experience. London area uplift between £1,000 and £3,500 may apply.
Contract
Full-time, permanent contract.
Working Hours (Typical Week)
 * Tuesday 11 am – 8 pm
 * Wednesday 11 am – 8 pm
 * Thursday 11 am – 7 pm
 * Friday 9 am – 6 pm
 * Saturday 9 am – 5 pm
Requirements and Additional Information
 * Proof of eligibility to work in the UK will be required. Sponsorship is not available.
 * All successful applicants will undergo employment reference checks, a self-declaration of criminal record, and a Disclosure & Barring Service check. The role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and related amendments; it is an offence to apply if you have been barred from engaging in regulated activity with children.
