The Role
You will join a well-established media litigation team working alongside partners who are recognised leaders in the field. The practice is at the forefront of disputes involving:
* Reputation management, privacy, and defamation
* Copyright and IP disputes
* Injunctions and urgent interim relief
* Data and digital media disputes
* Complex commercial media litigation
The work is complex and high profile, often involving urgent interim relief, cross-border issues and significant media scrutiny. Requirements
* You will be a qualified solicitor with 3 to 6 years of PQE in media litigation
* Strong experience in reputation, privacy, defamation, or content-related disputes
* A solid grounding in IP, data, or broader commercial litigation is a bonus
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A commercial mindset and a genuine interest in media and creative sectors
* A proactive, collaborative approach and the confidence to take initiative
