The Compliance Co-Ordinator role involves:
* Supporting the team with updating compliance systems after routine compliance works
* Following the compliance servicing process according to the annual schedule
* Compiling and issuing overview reports on actions across the workstream
* Updating systems with completion dates and chasing actions internally and externally to ensure accuracy
* Coordinating and scheduling activities of engineers, electricians, trade operatives, and contractors; managing rebooks and access policies
* Maintaining a clear audit trail for each job or task and ensuring key tasks are completed on time
* Responding to calls from tenants and engineers regarding ongoing work
* Completing written communications, including bespoke letters and templates
* Keeping subcontractor quotes logs up to date and issuing orders
* Managing materials on order and rebooks in line with lead times
* Ensuring data integrity by updating the system accurately and promptly
* Preparing background information and responding to complaints timely, in accordance with company policies
What you will bring as a Compliance Co-Ordinator:
* Proven experience in compliance, health & safety, or regulatory roles, preferably within construction, facilities, or property services
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in MS Office packages, including Word and Excel
* Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
* Ability to manage workload, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
* A proactive approach and desire to make a positive impact
* Knowledge of compliance standards, including HSE regulations and quality assurance, is beneficial but not essential
