SEN TEACHER REQUIRED!
One of our partner SEN schools based in Bury St Edmunds, are looking to appoint an experienced teacher who is dynamic and friendly, with a passion for improving outcomes and life experiences for pupils in the school with PMLD and SLD needs.
Requirements:
We are looking for an experienced teacher, preferably with SEND experience, who will:
* Be a proven, effective teacher, eager to share best practices.
* Create a high-quality, stimulating learning environment where all pupils can access resources.
* Differentiate the curriculum to meet individual needs.
* Use evidence-based teaching methods to foster a love of learning.
* Plan engaging, real-life tasks for whole-class, small group, and independent learning.
* Be passionate about developing students’ learning characteristics.
* Follow policies, procedures, and GDPR guidelines, ensuring confidentiality.
* Actively participate in CPD and contribute to school and Trust-wide activities.
* Have knowledge of safeguarding.
* Hold a valid Enhanced Child Only DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
