This is an opportunity to take meaningful ownership in a company that is transforming how healthcare is delivered - moving from reactive care to proactive, data-driven intervention. The Company This mission-led health tech scale-up builds clinical software and works with hundreds of primary care practices, covering millions of patients, and is rapidly expanding its footprint across the UK. With strong product-market fit and accelerating demand, the focus is now on maturing, scaling, and broadening the product offering. The Role This is a hands-on individual contributor role with full end-to-end product ownership. You will: Surface and deeply understand user needs within GP practices Shape product strategy and translate it into clear, actionable roadmaps Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to define and deliver solutions Balance speed with thoughtful decision-making in a regulated environment Own feedback loops post-launch and iterate based on real-world impact Product-market fit is established - but there is significant opportunity to refine, strengthen, and scale the platform. This role suits someone who is both operator and crafts person: comfortable with ambiguity, able to make pragmatic trade-offs, and motivated by building durable systems.
