Our client are a growing agency based near Coventry and are looking for aPaidSocial Specialist to join their team. You would be responsiblefordeveloping,implementing,andmanagingpaidsocialmediacampaignstodrivebrandawareness,engagement,andconversionsacrossvariousplatforms.
KeyResponsibilities
* CampaignManagement:Develop,execute,andmanagepaidsocialmediacampaignsonplatformssuchasFacebook,Instagram,Twitter,andLinkedIn.
* StrategyDevelopment:Createcomprehensivepaidsocialmediastrategiesalignedwithmarketinggoalsandtargetaudiences.
* Collaboration:Workcloselywithdesignersandcontentcreatorstodevelopcompellingadcreatives,copy,andlandingpages.
* Reporting:Prepareandpresentregularperformancereports,insights,andrecommendationstostakeholders.
RequiredSkillsandQualifications
* Experience:3+yearsofprovenexperienceinmanagingpaidsocialmediacampaigns, ideally Google Ads, but that isnt essential.
* AnalyticalSkills:Stronganalyticalskillswiththeabilitytointerpretdataandmakedata-drivendecisions.
* TechnicalProficiency:Familiaritywithsocialmediaadvertisingtoolsandplatforms,aswellasGoogleAnalytics.
* CommunicationSkills:Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationskillstoeffectivelyconveyideasandstrategies.
