Occupational Health Administrative Assistant, Reading
This role involves providing administrative and secretarial support to the Occupational Health & Wellbeing Service, which offers comprehensive occupational health services to NHS and non-NHS clients throughout the Highland region, including independent contractors and private contracts.
Main duties include:
1. Typing using Winscribe digital dictation service
2. Answering phone calls
3. Booking appointments
Proficiency in Winscribe and experience with Microsoft Office packages, including Word, are required.
Hours are Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, aligned with service needs.
Note: This role does not meet the eligibility criteria for a sponsorship, and NHS Highland cannot provide a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS).
